China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC) is one of the state-owned backbone enterprises directly under the management of the Central Government of the People’s Republic of China. CIIC, founded in 1987, is headquartered in Beijing. CIIC has networked a nationwide service organization system in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Dalian, Shenyang, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Qingdao, Tianjin, Wuhan and Xi’an. CIIC has 72 subsidiaries inside and outside of China, developing operations in 76 countries and regions around the world. CIIC works to maximize scale effect in the HR field, has to date dispatched over 300,000 midrange and senior technical executives to more than 13,000 multinational enterprises and representative offices in China (including 371 Fortune 500 multinationals), and optimize service platforms in the fields of investment and trade.
