    中智上海经济技术合作公司（简称中智上海公司）是中智（集团）公司经营规模最大的子公司，成立于1993年5月。经国务院、国家商务部、公安部、教育部和劳动部批准、上海市人民政府确认，公司被指定为外国企业和驻华代表机构提供人力资源全方位解决方案的专业咨询服务机构。
